Back to the Basics - Pilates

Join us for a transformative 4-week Pilates series, specifically designed to support individuals in the postpartum phase or those just embarking on their fitness journey. Held every Saturday, starting July 13th to August 3rd, at 12:15 PM, our sessions will focus on gentle yet effective movements to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. No prior experience required—all levels are welcome. Bring yourself, water, and a mat if you have one (mats available in studio if needed).

$25 drop in or $100 for all 4.
