We are so excited to share our upcoming class BUILD with you! Join us for a FREE, 1 hour - functional movement experience!
Build was designed as a modern day ‘bootcamp' simulating sports movements related to swimming, paddle boarding, skiing, and running with the intention to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and power. The class combines ground based exercises with elements from various body weight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout experience. The sequence starts with classical calisthenics, moves into high intensity intervals of sports movements with weights, and ends with a juicy flexi-stretchy session. There are light weights / bands to start and the class builds on your strength the more you attend. All athletes are welcome to practice and play.
SPACE WILL BE LIMITED, so please sign up below or click here to register!

Our instructor:
Logan LeCompte
As a student athlete playing soccer at the University of Kentucky my young adulthood was infused with academic discipline and physical determination. Spending almost a decade as a soccer coach was my entry point or portal into facilitating group fitness experiences.
Pursuing more dynamic training on group fitness, I have since become a certified HIIP (High Intensity Interval Program) Fit instructor from Kyle House Fitness. I am also a credentialed TRX Suspension Group Training Coach. TRX allowed me to compose a creative physical arts class that combined fun movements with challenging bodyweight positions.
One of the most challenging mind ~ body trainings in my life was completing a 10 day "Vipassana" silent meditation retreat. In these 10 days, I learned how to practice meditation and seek truth internally. This mindful practice resonates in the "no judgement" movements and meaning that surrounds the time of growth and well being.
My Masters in Education has a specific focus on curriculum and instruction. So, I'm driven to develop my art of teaching with a focus on learning not only with the head but more importantly with the hands and heart.
